We accept Visa and Mastercard.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Since we are based in NY, we charge NYS sales tax. Residents of all other states will not be charged tax at this time.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
All of the cards at Minnie and Emma are packaged in a beautiful white gift box, if you would like to include a note for a gift, please do so at checkout. There is no extra charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We know you will be so happy with your order! Anything personalized is non refundable.
If you think there was an error with your order, please contact us and we will fix it for you!

TURNAROUND TIME
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. If a proof is requested (see proof option when checking out), proofs are emailed within 3-5 working days of receipt of order. Please note all orders will be processed and shipped 7-14 working days from receipt of order. If you a rush order, please let us know, and we can arrange that. Extra fees may apply.

For orders under $200
Standard ground: $12.00
2 day shipping: $20.00
Overnight: $30.00
Same Day Delivery ( NYC only) $25
For orders over $200, extra fees will apply.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to extra fees.
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.

COLORS
We have made every effort to accurately display the colors on our website. However, please note colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.
